Shipping

In-store pickup

In-person pickup is available with the following conditions:

  • Owner of the credit card used to make this purchase must be the person picking up the order and must present the following:
  • Credit card used for this order
  • Web confirmation number document
  • Valid government issued photo ID showing you are the person whose name appears on the credit card OR valid NAIT student ID showing you are the person whose name appears on the credit card.
If the goods purchased are restricted goods, then a valid NAIT student ID card must be presented.

Domestic shipping & handling rates

Alberta: $10
Rest of Canada: $20
Territories: $25

USA/International shipping & handling rates

Rates will be calculated on a per shipment basis. Our mail order department will contact you with shipping rates & options prior to your order being finalized.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping rates are subject to change.
  • Shipping rates apply on shipments up to 50 lbs. For shipments over 50 lbs. our mail orders department will contact you with shipping options.
